Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will be missing out on family time with their royal cousins, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, a commentator has claimed.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children are sadly missing out on seeing family members, a commentator has claimed. US blogger and columnist, Perez Hilton, said he felt sadness for the Sussexes and their offspring, Prince Archie Harrison and Princess Lilibet Diana, as they live apart from the Windsors.
He told the YouTube podcast Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered: “Especially for their children because they’re living such an isolated life. They have a large family and they’re not getting to spend any time with them.
“And not even their extended family, [but] their immediate family – grandpa, and Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.”
Hilton said he recognised Harry and Meghan’s experience within the Royal Family was “difficult”, but argued family life is like that. He opined: “You make it work. That’s family.”
His comments come after Prince Harry visited the UK to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, but without Meghan, Archie, five, and Lilibet, whose third birthday is on June 4.

Harry’s service at St Paul’s Cathedral failed to bring the Duke of Sussex together with members of the Royal Family, although relatives on Diana, the Princess of Wales’s side of the family did attend the event.
Before that trip to London earlier this month, Harry flew into Britain in February in another solo trip made after King Charles’s cancer diagnosis was made public.
Prince Archie was born in London, but his little sister has only visited the UK once. Lilibet, who was born in the US, joined her brother, Meghan and Harry on a trip to Britain for the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June 2022.
Those celebrations coincided with Lilibet’s first birthday, with the Sussexes organising a party at Frogmore Cottage to mark the milestone.
Harry and Meghan shared footage from Lilibet’s big day in their Netflix docu-series. It showed the Duchess of Sussex holding her daughter in her arms as well-wishers and Happy Birthday around a pink birthday cake.

The Platinum Jubilee trip was the only time Lilibet met her great-grandmother, Elizabeth II, with the Duke of Sussex recalling the meeting in his memoir, Spare.
He described Archie making “deep, chivalrous” bows to the late monarch and Lilibet cuddling Her Late Majesty’s shins. The late Queen said “sweetest children”, according to the Duke.
Harry argued in his court case with the Home Office that he wants his family to “feel at home” in the UK but can’t do that without adequate security.
The Duke has been challenging the Government over a decision to downgrade the level of publicly-funded protection he receives when visiting Britain.
In a statement read in court in December last year, Harry said the UK is his home and “central to the heritage of his children”.
