Finally, it seems that some good news is on the way for the Chrisley Knows Best stars. Sadly, it wasn’t about Todd and Jule, but his son, Kyle. Previously, he faced charges for an alleged assault at his workplace.
Kyle had a physical altercation with his boss, Devan Campbell. The duo got into an argument at work that later turned into a physical fight. Tennesse police arrested the celebrity for the alleged assault in March 2023. Kyle’s court case was filed just two months after his dad, Todd, and stepmom Julie’s prison sentence.
Devan claimed that the reality TV celeb hit him multiple times in the face and body. He also claimed that Kyle threatened to kill him with a knife. Moreover, the argument started over just $36 paycheck and Devan had to hide from the accused until the police arrived. Finally, the court dropped his assault charges in the latest hearing. However, it seems that Devan wasn’t happy with the court’s decision.
As per InTouch, he thinks that his family and fame make him above the law. Devan claimed that the prosecutors blamed him for not showing up for the trial. Shockingly, she stated, “The police department never followed up with me, never called me, never asked me any questions.” Further, he accused court and police officials of blindsiding him about the entire process.
